

1. Face-to-face start-up meeting – introduce program and potential benefits, identify reasons for training, set goals and commitments for completion of program. Complete baseline assessments*.
2. Ongoing monitoring of progress through weekly meeting/block completion session with coach, as well as incidental coaching advice and feedback as needed.
3. Standard schedule: 30 x 35-minute blocks of training; completed within 6-8 weeks depending upon frequency of training, i.e., 4 or 5 blocks per week. This requires a high degree of commitment but allows for some flexibility.
4. Agreed rewards for specific steps of progress made during the training: desirable, immediate and reasonable.
5. Wrap-up session – face-to-face reflection on progress and outcomes during training
6. 6 month follow up session to review ongoing progress and follow up initial assessment*
Programs are running through the school holiday as well as during term time.
